Who we are

Led by founder and technical director Phill Grocott the Revolution Projects team follow an ethos of informed, quick thinking (we know we’re on the clock), efficiency  and candid communication. With engineering, health and safety, construction and super-prime residential experience, the duo of Phill and partner Zoe Ellis lead QS, PM, legal, design and admin talent from their W1 and Wilmslow offices. The business has been built on the tough challenges of large-scale industrial projects and now applied to the principles of complex prime residential builds. Clients testify to a forensic attention to detail, a tenacity in resolving critical design and safety issues and an ability to work with, as well as challenge, trades and contractors. 

Phill’s direct, open communication style suits clients who have big vision but little time. He onboards intelligently and then proceeds at pace, supported by the team. Zoe ensures all aspects of sustainability, project management and compliance are delivered to fully protect client interest, whatever the scheme.
