We take the stress out of multi-contractor liaison by managing everyone efficiently. Walking through a building with potential as an informed third-party advisor gives an impartial view that a buyer can trust. Using our QS and PM credentials to help a sale over the line is something we offer to trusted agent partners who come back to us again and again. Likewise, we have a portfolio of long standing property management clients who are happy for us to handle maintenance, repairs and any legal/compliance issues.
