The major refurbishment of a substantial listed property, the principal UK residence of international clients who needed to be resident in the house as the works were carried out.

A contractor team was assembled along with a phased programme to allow space and privacy whilst the works were implemented at pace. A total of 72 specialist contractors were managed to deliver building work, major electrical refit, intricate detailed decoration and listed building requirements. Revolution Projects are now managing the ongoing aftercare and annual maintenance regime.
