‘A fresh start with character, warmth and a sense of vibrancy’ was the brief for this 18th century Chiswick listed home. The clients wanted to remain close to the progress of the works ensuring the project was delivered within budget. We provided ongoing visual updates, monthly budget reports and well-researched, cost- effective solutions to revive the interior and exterior. Following the success of this project, we have been retained to manage the refurbishment of new adjacent premises, formerly part of a brewery building, to convert an industrial warehouse and workshop into a fashion design studio and display space, along with a gym and spa.
