A full renovation in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea to integrate two flats into a single two-storey living space. A dynamic project with a demanding budget and timelines, this was a dual brief to provide family living accommodation and creative workspace big enough for photoshoots and meetings. The project included electrical and mechanical upgrades, transformation of existing rooms, restoration of floors and a custom internal staircase. A dedicated home office with direct garden access completed the list of requirements.
